Lock Washers
Lock washers are designed to prevent a nut from loosening or backing-off a bolt or threaded rod. The spring action of a galvanized lock washer applies tension to the threads of a bolt and nut lessening the chance of a nut to loosen under vibration. Sea Port Marine stocks galvanized lock washers from 3/8" diameter to 1-1/2" diameter.
